Family Education Day 2017

REGISTRATION FEES (Must be 2017 member of HOI)


Registration fees are Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable
REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  September 5th 


​​Individual/Families • $10.00 per person
Includes those that are directly affected with a bleeding disorder such as...you have a bleeding disorder, you have a child that has a bleeding disorder, you are a caregiver/parent of someone that has a bleeding disorder.  (Includes parents of grown children)


Relatives/Friends to HOI • $30.00 per person ($50 value) 
This ticket includes park admission, continental breakfast, lunch & snack.  Examples of who this might be:  grandma, cousin, boyfriend, girlfriend, friend, aunt, uncle, brothers & sisters over the age of 25.  This guest does not have to be a member of HOI to attend however they must be accompanied by an HOI member to attend.

Educational Program- “The Magical Power of Laughter” explores:

With so much power to heal and renew, let’s not just talk about it- let’s do it!  We must make time for fun activities.  Join us for one hour of magic and illusions with one of Iowa’s favorite magicians!! Lance Nicopromises a one-of-a-kind class act that is jam packed with puzzling magic, audience participation, comedy, and live animals!  Come see what everyone is talking about, it's not just a magic show, it's an experience!

Adventureland Amusement Park ticket distribution!!

​Box lunch will be distributed and the families will head to Adventureland! Complimentary park tickets with the price of registration will only be provided for families that have a bleeding disorder.
